Delivery and returns
Delivery
We are happy to deliver to you anywhere in the world except the following locations:
Eswatini, Isle of Man, Pitcairn Islands, Caribbean Netherlands, Western Sahara, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, British Indian Ocean Territory, Tokelau, Tristan da Cunha, Ascension Island.
Please note that delivery to Army Hubs is not available.
Delivery rates
Delivery to a parcel relay point is free in mainland France (including Corsica) and Europe for purchases of €70 or more.
Delivery is free for purchases over €150 outside Europe.
Delivery is made to the address indicated by the Customer, it being specified that this must be the residential address of the Customer or any other natural person of his choice, if this is clearly specified during the Order or Pre-order. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or PO boxes.
When registering the Customer's personal details, the Customer must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the mandatory data provided. In the event of an error in the recipient's contact details, Haomah cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the Product(s).
Delivery times
Delivery times are indicated when ordering. These are indicative times, expressed in working days and corresponding to average processing and delivery times.
In case of pre-order, the delivery time will be extended. The estimated delivery time is indicated on the product sheet at the time of purchase and in the order confirmation email. The delivery time depends on the time required and the production volume.
Haomah Sports cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery that is not its fault or resulting from a case of force majeure.
When a part is in stock, our logistics teams do their best to ship your package between 2 and 5 working days after validation of the order.
Please note that delivery times may be extended during periods of high activity.
My package is lost
Contact our Customer Service by email at hello@haomahsports.com . For every problem, there is a solution!
My package was returned to sender
Once your package is returned to our premises, it can be reshipped. You will then be responsible for the new shipping costs.
Returns
Make a return
All returns must be declared in advance within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the products, to the following address: hello@haomahsports.com
Procedure

Go to your online customer area.

Enter your order number.

Select the order with the relevant product(s).

Validate or modify your return address.

Select the item(s) to return and optionally indicate the reason.

Validate your return request.
A return slip will be sent to you by email. Depending on the type of return (exchange or refund), a return label may be provided (see conditions below).
Return costs

Metropolitan France :
-
Exchange → return costs covered by Haomah (label sent by email).

Refund → return costs to be paid by the customer.

Outside mainland France (including Corsica) : return costs to be borne by the customer, whether for an exchange or a refund.
Return conditions

The product must not have been worn or washed and must be returned in its original packaging in good condition.

In the event of missing or damaged packaging (torn cardboard, missing box), a discount proportional to the loss in value will be applied to the refund.

If the package is lost or damaged during return, the cost of the damage is the responsibility of the Customer.
Make an exchange
If the size does not fit, an exchange is possible. The product in question must not have been worn or washed.

Once the products have been returned, received and checked, we will proceed with the exchange subject to their eligibility.
Get a credit or refund

I want a refund
Indicate this in your return request (subject: “refund”).
The refund will be made by credit to the bank account corresponding to the bank card used for the order, within 14 days after validation of the return.
